Just three more days before the World Cup kicks off in Mexico. I hope you are getting excited — we are, as you can see with Bo and Oni dressed up for the middle school World Cup spirit day. Deutschland all the way!
Slowly but surely we also see World Cup flags going up in Seattle and we also have a few people coming to stay in our AirBnB (all US fans, though). Bo and friends are also eagerly collecting Panini stickers and always happy to clean the car/AirBnB to earn some money. Donations are also welcome!
If you haven’t put in your predictions, now is the time. Or not – if you want to wait and include every last-minute information. Either way, predictions for individual group stage games are due until one minute before the game.
A few more reminders:
- Make sure to answer the bonus questions before the first game starts.
- Don’t forget to place the two golden balls. Points for those games will be doubled. You can place them anytime during the tournament.
- In case you wondered what “Winner Match 91 – Winner Match 92” means (hello Becca!) – those are the knockout rounds. You don’t have to predict those yet, only when the participants are decided.
- Once a game is done, you can see everybody’s predictions by clicking on the little pie chart icon.
